We think of licensing a magazine as a three step journey:

  • Market - Is there a demand for the magazine on the market? What do we know about our competitors? Together with the local publisher, we start the licensing process off by assessing the new marketplace to estimate the future expectations of the magazine.
  • Workshop - If the project looks promising for all parties, we arrange a workshop between the licensee and the magazine, and introduce the business, the people behind the magazine and the joint future ahead.
  • Business Plan - The next step is to create a full Business Plan. Once the Business Plan is in place and agreed upon, we have the foundation to negotiate an agreement and launch
